These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of academy.figenai.com ("the Site") and any program, course, certification or content provided by Figen AI Academy ("Academy") — the executive education and certification division of Figen AI SAS, a fintech registered in France ("Figen AI").

1 · Acceptance

By accessing the Site or enrolling in an Academy program, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept, please do not use the Site.

2 · Eligibility

Academy programs are designed for finance and wealth-management professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and act in a professional capacity. We may verify your eligibility through your employer or LinkedIn profile.

3 · Enrolment and access

Upon enrolment confirmation and payment receipt, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the program content for the duration specified at purchase. You may not share your credentials, redistribute the materials, or use them to train AI systems.

4 · Pricing and payment

Prices are indicated on the Site in euros (EUR), excluding applicable VAT and similar indirect taxes. Payment is due on enrolment for self-paced programs; for cohort programs, payment is due 14 days before the cohort start. We accept SEPA, card payments and bank transfer for institutional billing.

5 · Right of withdrawal and refunds

EU consumer law grants a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By starting an Academy program (accessing course content) before the 14-day period expires, you explicitly waive this right for the portion of content already accessed.

For cohort programs cancelled by the participant more than 30 days before start: full refund. Between 30 and 14 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: no refund. Academy retains the right to cancel cohorts with insufficient enrolment; in that case, full refunds are issued.

6 · Intellectual property

All Academy content — course materials, videos, slide decks, whitepapers, tools, brand assets — is owned by Figen AI SAS and protected by intellectual property law. You may use Academy content for your professional learning, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit it without our prior written consent.

Academy whitepapers and open-access research are published under Creative Commons BY 4.0, with the citation Figen AI Academy (year), [Title].

7 · Certification

The AI-Augmented Advisor certification is awarded on satisfactory completion of the prerequisite programs and successful pass of the certification examination. Certificates are valid for 12 months and renewable through continuous education. Academy may revoke certifications in cases of fraud, plagiarism or breach of conduct.

8 · Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully with faculty and peers, to refrain from harassment or unprofessional behaviour, to keep confidential information confidential, and not to misrepresent Academy or Figen AI publicly. Breach may result in immediate termination without refund.

9 · Limitation of liability

Academy content is provided for professional development purposes. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice. Figen AI's total liability under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid for the program in question. Figen AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10 · Personal data

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
